1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phpiso platform, including the website at phpiso.cam, all associated mobile interfaces, and any services, features, content, or applications offered by or through phpiso (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phpiso, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read alongside the phpiso Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and phpiso.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Real Money Balance" refers to deposited funds and verified winnings held in your phpiso account, excluding bonus balances.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification procedures required by phpiso before processing certain transactions.

• "GCash" / "Maya" / "BPI" / "BDO" / "UnionBank" refer to respective Philippine e-wallet and banking service providers that phpiso supports as payment methods.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the phpiso platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is absolute. phpiso does not permit individuals under 21 to create accounts, make deposits, participate in games, or claim bonuses under any circumstances.

3.2 Identity Verification

phpiso reserves the right to require documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification includes, but is not limited to: a valid Philippine passport, UMID card, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, Driver's License, or PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID. Failure to provide satisfactory identification documentation upon request will result in suspension of the account and all pending transactions.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

The phpiso platform is operated for use by players in eligible jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of each player to verify that online gaming is legally permissible in their jurisdiction before accessing the Platform. phpiso makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal or appropriate in all locations.

3.4 Disqualifying Conditions

You are not eligible to create or maintain a phpiso account if any of the following apply:

• You are under 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have been previously self-excluded from the phpiso platform or any affiliated gaming service and your self-exclusion period has not expired.
• You are an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of phpiso or any of its game providers, affiliates, or partners.
• You have been previously banned from the Platform for a breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access real-money games and services on phpiso, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by phpiso.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any point during your use of the Platform is true, accurate, and not misleading. phpiso reserves the right to request updated information and to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one active account on phpiso. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or any other variation — is strictly prohibited. phpiso employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and any associated balances and winnings voided.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phpiso shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phpiso support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.5 Account Name Matching

The name registered on your phpiso account must exactly match the name on your payment method (GCash, Maya, bank account). Withdrawals to payment methods registered in a different name will not be processed. phpiso will not be responsible for funds lost due to payment name mismatches.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

phpiso accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable fees are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP) at the applicable rate.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the applicable KYC verification process.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the stated minimum threshold.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their applicable wagering requirements before real-money withdrawal of those funds is permitted.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to processing times that vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating conditions.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the phpiso platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. phpiso is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or rate differences applied by your bank or e-wallet provider.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by phpiso are subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer. These terms take precedence over any general bonus information and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is published on the relevant promotion page. phpiso reserves the right to adjust wagering requirements and will communicate any changes through the Platform.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Actions constituting bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, coordinated wagering patterns designed to guarantee bonus winnings, or any other activity that phpiso determines in its reasonable discretion to constitute abuse — will result in forfeiture of bonus balances and any winnings generated therefrom, as well as potential account suspension.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses are not subject to reinstatement. phpiso is not liable for bonuses that expire due to player inactivity or failure to meet conditions within the prescribed timeframe.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the phpiso platform are operated by certified third-party game providers. Each game is subject to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

phpiso sources games exclusively from providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phpiso platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to access games or generate wagers.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting identified software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported to phpiso and will be voided.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phpiso platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game mechanics, and interface designs — is the property of phpiso or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of phpiso.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phpiso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

phpiso's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by phpiso is governed by the phpiso Privacy Policy, which is available at phpiso.cam/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

phpiso collects and processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and other applicable data protection legislation. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12 Responsible Gaming

phpiso is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed within personal financial limits. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.

13 Amendments to These Terms

phpiso reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of available Real Money Balance.

14 Dispute Resolution

14.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the phpiso service, you should first contact phpiso customer support through the in-platform live chat or by emailing [email protected]. phpiso will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

14.2 Game Disputes

Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within seven (7) days of the disputed game session. phpiso will investigate using available server-side logs. The outcome of the investigation by phpiso's technical team shall be final and binding with respect to game outcome data, subject to escalation rights under clause 14.3.

14.3 Escalation

15 Termination & Account Closure

15.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your phpiso account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

15.2 Suspension by phpiso

phpiso reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk, legal or otherwise, to phpiso or its players.

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance may be forfeited by phpiso. Forfeiture does not preclude phpiso from pursuing additional legal remedies where applicable.
